Morning food ramble.

One of my favourite things to eat at the moment is ryvita with yoghurt / raisins on top, or just ryvita with raisins, or just ryvita! For those who don’t know, ryvita are rye crackers, which are really easy to customise with your own toppings, both sweet and savoury. Recently we’ve been buying a cheaper non-branded version, and I honestly prefer them. They’re so yummy and provide a nice satisfying high fibre high protein crunch!

They’re such an easy way to add grains and healthy carbs to breakfast or lunch, and a really nice little snack too. For breakfast i’m topping mine with yoghurt, and this makes a quick and easy breakfast with a little bit of mess for fun! :D

I am not advertising these things, I just honestly love them. I ate them all the way through losing weight and then ED last time, and never stopped in recovery. They’re one of those foods I absolutely love, and such a standby thing. I know most people don’t like them because they’re bland, but when you eat a diet like mine, bland isn’t a big deal!
