Hopeless Lingerie - Revenge

Just when we think we have seen our favorite work from Hopeless Lingerie, designer Gabrielle Adamidis pulls out all the stops and presents us with another stunner.  These images are from the Fall 2011 collection Revenge, which was beautifully photographed once again by Jo Duck and modeled by Lulu Wagstaffe.  These images are not what we typically think of when we think "budding lingerie designer"...this flawless presentation looks like it should be in the pages of Vogue!
The new Revenge pieces are made from bamboo jersey and select items have silk detailing.  The styling is impressive and on-trend with its cut-out styles, high-waist panties and bold lines.  According to the brand's designer,
The 'REVENGE' collection...is inspired by the harsh design aesthetic of the 1980s, constructing hard lines and bold shapes into modern wearable pieces. Taking visual cues from Revenge of the Nerds, Less than Zero and Debbie Harry's character in Videodrome, the range carries both dark undertones and an austere femininity.
As always, the lingerie is made-to-order and can be purchased here.

Hopeless Lingerie - Bridal Collection

images via Hopeless Lingerie. photos by Josie Lee, Model Lulu Wagstaffe

It was only a matter of time before Hopeless Lingerie introduced a collection designed specifically with the bride in mind.  This may seem ironic especially since previous collections by Hopeless have been inspired by horror films...not that you would know by looking at these darling pieces.  The latest collection is called The Mirror, and according to designer Gaby Adamidis it was inspired by the duality of good and evil within a character in the film The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus.  It's always fun to hear where a designer finds his or her inspiration!  Of course it wouldn't be a Hopeless collection without a few romantic details here and there, particularly with the ruffles and little bows.
We just ordered some favorites from this collection for Faire Frou Frou, which will hopefully arrive in about a month.  Let us know if you have a favorite!

Hopeless Lingerie; Because Once Wasn't Enough

images via Hopeless Lingerie, Photos by Jo Duck, Model Lulu Wagstaffe

For the first time ever, we're doing a 2-part feature on a lingerie brand because there's so much to share!  If you aren't already familiar with Hopeless Lingerie, you need to be.  This Australian lingerie label is becoming a worldwide sensation from their success as an Etsy boutique (and now more recently their own online store).  We're not sure if it's coincidence or marketing genius that prompted Gaby at Hopeless to reveal her new collection in small doses, but she has us waiting for what comes next.  As of this very moment, Gaby (the designer) told us that even more images from her Fall shoot will be revealed.  In the meantime, we leave you with these!  The beauty of the red 'Ashley Chiffon Camisole' alone (shown in the first few pictures) was reason enough to do another post on Hopeless!

The Hunted - Hopeless Lingerie's Latest Collection

images via Hopeless Lingerie, Photos by Jo Duck, Model Lulu Wagstaffe

Hopeless Lingerie strikes again with yet another hauntingly beautiful set of images for the introduction of their fourth range.  The Hunted is the name of the new collection, with an amazing photoshoot that sets these sweet little intimates in an eerie setting. Many of the new items are made from modal jersey and/or bamboo jersey, which means these pieces are not only sexy but the ultimate in comfort!
Each piece is made-to-order by the Hopeless team (the designer Gaby) in Melbourne, Australia.  You can order from the brand's newly launched online store (they were previously only sold on Etsy), which includes some wonderful accessories and best-sellers from their previous seasons.

Hopeless - Vintage-Inspired Silk Lingerie

When Hopeless launches a new lingerie collection we are happy bloggers because we have such perfectly frou-frou pieces to share.   This darling Australian lingerie brand is an Etsy favorite known for its whimsical, feminine pieces ranging from intimate apparel to accessories/headbands.  The Fall collection is certainly filled with girly-girl charm, particularly with the oversized bows and satin ruffles.  Each piece is handmade in Australia and custom-made to order (ranging in sizes XXS-XL).  In addition to the designs, Hopeless sets itself apart with its professional photographs for each season.  The images really set the tone for the brand and create a lingerie world that make you want to purchase each piece. Seriously, the black bow headband is calling our name...and how about that fishnet veil!
