Ouch. That is one high intensity workout. I am absolutely shaking. I sort of jumped back and forth between the two intensities at level 1. Lol. But for real, that was gnarly.
Still yet, I think I’m going to try to do my own workout as well as Jillian Michaels’. If I can do hers every morning and then mine every evening that would be pretty awesome. We’ll see how THAT goes. lolololol i’m so tired ughhh
