Okay I didn’t eat a salad for dinner. I ate a freaking meatball parm sub and even had some dessert.
I’m trying to live the whole “eat to live not live to eat” lifestyle. It’s working PRETTY well. But I mean… life is too short. I enjoyed it. And today is going to be a GOOD day food wise. Meals all planned out. It was a struggle to get near 1200 calories. I’m going to be under and I’ve already decided I am not shredding today.
> I’ve been up since 4:30AM… just woke up and couldn’t fall back asleep.
> I am FINALLY going to give my presentation tonight (hopefully!!!) and would like to practice between work and school.
> I have school all night and want to shower before that as well.
> I want to work on some homework possibly after school.
> I want to finish watching “Gulliver’s Travels” so I can return it to Netflix and get my next movie.
So the plan is to shred Friday through Monday and I’ll be done! Sunday we are taking engagement photos (nothing too fancy, my future sister-in-law is taking them) so I don’t want to look like a fat cow.
Tomorrow is weigh in. Scale hates me this morning but I know it is water weight and sodium overload and I am hoping it will be good tomorrow and show a nice loss. 170s I KNOW YOU’RE THERE. PLEASE COME OUT TOMORROW.
