But I’ve had exams up until today!! It’s quite literally consumed me.
And it’s done weird things to my eating, like being too stressed to eat most of the time. And when I am hungry? Its all cravings haha

As of today, I weighed in at 169.2 lbs.
I started losing weight last spring/summer when I weighed 210 lbs. This puts me at almost FOURTY ONE POUNDS lost, and about 5 lost for this summer.
Hahahaha I love it. About to eat, run, then go to work. I love my life.
I have finally considered myself on track enough to know that I won’t fall behind. This means I’ve accepted that I will not get back up above 230lbs. I’ve reached my first goal weight. Now on to my second. Only 7 pounds. :)
You’re not hungry; you’re bored. It’s not time to eat. Wait until noon, and then we can have green beans and carrots. You always like that. By next wednesday, you’ll weigh around 156 lbs. Who knows, if we eat healthy and don’t go overboard, maybe 155 lbs. So, be quiet. It’s all okay. I’ll take care of you.

I finally hit 110. Went in to see my doctor for a regular check-up. She saw that I came down from 140. Said my BMI was underweight (really?!). I’m wasn’t planning on losing anymore, but she said that if I did, I had to come back and see her.
I still have a considerable amount of arm flab. Hip bones are not apparent. I’m not so dense that I think I’m not thin, but there are definitely healthy, thinner girls out there who aren’t getting fingers wagged at them by their doctors.
Guess it’s time to focus on muscle tone.
