Greeeeeeeeen

From now on, I think I’ll be using Friday as my weigh in day. That way I have a little bit more freedom to have something nice/naughty on a Friday night! Yay.

I think I’ve managed to find enough stuff to get me through today on a green day. Huzzah!

Breakfast:

4 Ryvita Original, 4 laughing cow light triangles, Black coffee.

Lunch:

Batchelors Beef Savoury Rice (or Low fat supernoodles) with Chickpeas & Soy Sauce.

Tea:

SW roast potatoes, Broccoli and [hopefully] 2 Quorn Burgers (1 syn for 2) with mint sauce.

Snacks: Activia Fat Free Yoghurt/Banana & Blueberries

Syns: No idea, will add when I decide and/or have something.
